1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and / or activities of Salsability Club / School, hereinafter also referred as Salsability.
1.2 Salsability has the right to refuse entry to the dance school / Club without giving reasons.
1.3 Visitors (pupils, guests, parents, etc.) must comply with Salsability’s house rules and / or the rules of the manager of the location concerned during their stay at the school / club location. Visitors must follow the instructions given by the dance school owner or by the authorized persons. If not, you can proceed to removal.
1.4 Visit to the school / Club is entirely at your own risk. Salsability is not liable for injury and / or damage of any kind as a result of the stay and / or the activities of the visitor himself or other visitors of the school / Club.
1.5 Loss or damage inflicted on property (movable and immovable property) of the school / Club through a visitor can be recovered from the person / persons concerned.
1.6 The use of image or sound carriers in the broadest sense of the word (photo, film, video, tape, etc.) in and on the premises of the dance school / Club is only permitted with the permission of Salsability. This permission can be withdrawn with immediate effect, without giving any reason.
Registration
2.1 Salsability has the right to exclude persons without giving reasons from participation in the lessons and / or continuation of the lessons.
2.2 After registration, the student owes the full tuition fee. Payment of the tuition fee per bank must take place before the start of the first lesson unless the dance school has agreed in writing another term with the pupil. Registration can be done both in writing and electronically via the website. For cash payment, the full tuition fee must be paid before the second lesson starts.
2.3 The first lesson (worth € 10) is free and without obligation.
2.4 If, for whatever reason, the student can no longer attend the lessons, there is no right to a refund of (part of) the contribution. The transfer of a contribution (or part of it) to a subsequent period is never possible. Unless the dance school has agreed otherwise in writing.
2.5 Salsability is authorized to remove persons from the dance class due to misconduct, at the discretion of Salsability. Salsability is entitled to permanently deny access to the dance school to people who have been removed from the class due to misconduct, even if it concerns students who are engaged in dance classes. In that case, there is no right to a full or partial refund of the tuition fees.
2.6 Salsability reserves the right to change the timetable and / or to cancel lessons. Well-founded reasons may include: too few students, long-term illness and other circumstances of force majeure.
2.7 Salsability is authorized, in special circumstancs, to make changes to the teaching times / timetable without giving reasons.
